Refund - Change of Mind
For unopened products, you have 30 days to return your order. As we are a small business, we are unable to provide postage for returns. Please email us at help@breadbeautysupply.com with βReturn Requestβ as your subject line and we will revert with the address to send your unopened return to.
Send your tracking number to the email immediately after placing in the post, and once it arrives we will process your refund. If we do not receive your tracking information before delivery at our warehouse, we will not be able to process your refund.
For any defects we offer refunds or replacements. We offer refunds in the unlikely event of a reaction. If you have any questions please email us at help@breadbeautysupply.com with βreturn helpβ as your subject line.
Lost in transit
We give our carriers 4 weeks for your BREAD to be delivered from the date it leaves the warehouse. If the package does not move within 4 weeks, you have the option to refund or re-ship the product. This is us absorbing the carrierβs mistake so we appreciate your patience in ensuring the package is truly lost. If you would like a faster response, please file a claim with directly with the carrier.
